Starting a Business

Here i post some tips from my experience about my own bakery.

If you want to start your own business, there are some things that you must be carefully:

1- Plan your business studying about it. (You need to know the Laws involved in your business,
    the taxes and the way it works.)

2- You need to enjoy it. (Do not start a Bakery if you dont like to wake up too early, if you dont
    like to be meeting people every time or either patience to lead your functionaries

3- When planning, do never forget the Working Capital, thats very important for any enterprise.

4- Do NEVER mix your home's finances with the enterprise's finances.(You will be lost)

5- Look for people who had already had an Enterprise of that type. (And ask for tips)

6- Study with your providers contracts to get lower prices when buying stocks.

7- Propaganda is one of the most important things to make your business grow up!

I've been trying to search for a legitimate work at home website that I think could make me some extra income on my days off; but I failed (always)...

I was looking for something to do on my extra time for a month now and still haven't been successful on searching for a legitimate website that offers a free work at home scheme "if not scam" that would really make you some extra income. Well the bottom line I think is that you still have to really work hard to earn something in return, and I think this website that you are in right now is still the best way to having it. I stopped writing here for more than two years now because I'm looking for an easy money; my mind before was set to having thousands of dollars in 24 hours... Well, thats probably is possible if you have some extra cash to gamble with some other work at home sites but for me; I will still stick to this one.

At the end of the day, still the best way to have some money is earning it by stretching some muscles., well that doesn't hurt at all; thinking that per stretch is worth something in cash...

Selling your own products can be a huge source of income. However, beginners should not start out trying to produce and sell their own products. That can be done later after certain skills have been mastered. Some people make a full time income with internet auction sites. Others are happy to pick up "junk" at yard sales, polish it up, and sell it for a decent profit.

Affiliate marketing is a great way to make money. In most cases, it is completely free to start. Many companies provide you with a marketing website that handles the business end for you and sees that you get paid for the referral. The only thing you have to do is direct traffic to the company website that is tagged with your affiliate link.

Network marketing online is different from the "old school" form of MLM. No more making a list of your friends and family and bothering them. No more embarrassing rejection. No more hotel meetings. Just quietly do your thing from your home computer.

Kesalahan Dalam Memulai Berwirausaha

Anda memutuskan untuk memulai usaha. Anda memiliki ide. Misalnya, Anda menjadi tukang kayu. Anda mencetak brosur, kartu nama bisnis, dan memasang iklan di Yellow Pages. Dan jika Anda melakukannya, cobalah untuk memperkerjakanya selama 30 atau 60 hari. Dengan demikian website baru akan menghasilkan pemasukan untuk Anda sebelum Anda membayar. Jika Anda tidak membayar di depan, tanyakan jika mereka menyediakan update gratis. Anda diperbolehkan mengganti satu atau dua hal, setidaknya sekali dalam seminggu saat Anda mencoba website baru Anda. Seorang tukang kayu seharusnya membagikan selebaran di tempat penebangan kayu atau toko furnitur. Bahkan toko yang menjual paku menjadi tempat yang strategis bagi tukang kayu untuk menyebarkan selebaran.

Kesalahan # 8: 
Anda berhenti memasarkan. Mungkin ini adalah kesalahan terbesar saat memulai usaha. Meskipun Anda melakukan kebalikan dari apa yang sudah Anda baca dan jika Anda terus melakukannya, maka hasil minimumlah yang Anda dapatkan. Jika Anda berhenti saat kehabisan ide-ide baru, maka tidak banyak yang Anda dapatkan.

Kunci pemasaran adalah pengulangan. Pastikan orang ingat nama Anda saat menghadapi masalah . Jika mereka hanya melihat nama Anda sekali, sementara kompetitor sudah mengirimkan selebaran yang ketiga, maka kompetitor yang akan mendapatkannya. Sering kita dengar diperlukan lebih dari satu kali agar konsumen membeli, dan ini memang benar adanya. Dengan tersedianya informasi bagi konsumen saat ini, Anda ingin nama Anda diingat dengan baik.

Kesalahan # 9:
Saat tidak ada hasil, Anda tidak melakukan apapun. Kegagalan menghampiri orang-orang yang menyerah. Motivasi diri Anda! Bangun dipagi hari dan katakan "Saya akan mendapatkan !" Jika Anda membangunnya, tapi tidak seorangpun yang tahu, maka tidak seorangpun yang datang. Saat memulai usaha, Anda harus terus mencoba, membuat kesalahan, belajar, dan mencoba lagi. Jika Anda mencoba, melakukan kesalahan, dan menyerah, Anda tidak akan pernah sukses .

Kesalahan # 10: 
Anda menganggap apa yang dilakukan orang lain akan sesuai untuk Anda. Salah! Apa yang dilakukan orang lain adalah membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk memahaminya, dan mereka telah berupaya keras sepanjang waktu agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Jika Anda meniru sebagian, tidak semuanya, atas apa yang telah mereka lakukan, hasil yang Anda dapatkan tidak pernah sama. Orang berupaya keras untuk individualistis, dan begitu juga seharusnya sebuah bisnis. Jika Anda meniru kompetitor disetiap aspek, prospek hanya akan melempar koin untuk memilih. Apakah Anda hanya ingin mendapatkan 50% saja? Tidak, Anda menginginkan semuanya!

Garis bawah dalam memulai bisnis adalah tetap termotivasi. Memulai usaha adalah hal terberat yang pernah dilakukan seseorang karena unsur ketidakpastian, kurangnya struktur dukungan, pemenuhan dan tidak mengindahkan tipikal zona aman Anda. Tapi hasil yang didapatkan jauh lebih besar daripada pengorbanannya. Dan pada akhirnya, jika secara finansial aman dan mandiri, maka Anda merasa lebih puas daripada yang pernah Anda bayangkan.
